WAY TO USE THE CONTENT People can be the change makers in the community. If the immense potential of the people is utilized in the proper channel through little guidance it creates a great positive change in the community.   Small Groups: Active small groups who think and work for the welfare of the people can make a big difference in the community. The Leadership training program with the use of ‘HANDBOOK FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN THE COMMUNITY CONTEXT’ would be a platform for people, especially youth to develop themselves holistically and help to influence others around them, through leadership qualities and responsibilities. The targeted age group is above 13 years and there shall be no upper age limit.
